This exhibition charts through photographs, Lartigue's relationship with his wife Bibi from the early days throughout their marriage and to the eventual breakdown of the relationship.
The pictures - taken in the 1920's - not only capture their own story, but also show society in France at that time on a larger scale. This is an excellent document of personal and social history and only makes up a tiny part of Lartigues whole body of work. I'm so glad I got to this before it closed...
